Overview Of This Training
First, you'll design two optimum emotional states; one for getting ready to sell, and one for selling. Then you'll learn how to access these two states faster and better than ever before. All performance is 'state' driven. In other words, we only sell as well as the emotional state we're in. It is our emotional state that determines our performance. Another way to say this is to say that once we acquire skill at selling, the right emotional state is the secret to accessing our skills and making the most of them. All world class sales people generate awesome states for getting ready to sell, and for the sales process itself. Their emotional states are VASTLY different from the emotional states that 'ordinary' sales people are spending time in. Next you'll learn a unique set of habits and beliefs behaviorally modeled from sales people earning over $600,000 a year in sales commission. The group was modeled over an 8 year period and consisted of sales champions in Real Estate, Mortgage Origination and Land Sales. The techniques are effective for anyone, selling anything, to anyone, in any industry. You'll learn an advanced NLP identity change pattern, created by Alexander Van Buren, for "designing and installing" the identity of a sales champion. Finally, you'll learn the actual language, 3rd party story structure and action pattern used by a real estate sales champion who earns over $600,000 a year ALL by referral. He doesn't have to make sales calls any more, because his phone rings all day long from people calling him, all of whom have been referred by one of his clients. You'll learn his complete Customer Service and Referral by Design System that automates referrals indefinitely.

---------------------------------------- LUNCH --------------------------------------- Get More Referrals and Loyal Customers - Part I This module will teach you the exact language, 3rd party story structure and action steps to create your own Customer Service and Referral by Design system that automates a never ending supply of referrals. You'll learn the actual set of patterns and detailed process I modeled from a sales champion earning over $600,000 a year in sales commission entirely by referrals. The insights in this module were obtained as part of a special behavioral modeling project I was contracted to do for the Bluegreen Land and Golf Corporation. Bluegreen is a public company based in Florida. They specialize in Land Sales. In the project, I was hired to behaviorally model Bluegreen's top sales people and referral getters and teach their strategies to the rest of the sales force. The top 2% of Mortgage Originators in the U.S. were also modeled, along with 2 champion real estate sales people. You'll learn every part of the model including the exact language to use to generate an automatic stream of referrals.

Create The Self Image Of A Champion 3:45pm - 4:45pm So what do you think it is? What is really limiting your ability to sell better and to sell more? A lot more. Based on my 22 years of experience in helping people change themselves and improve their performance, I can tell you that your self image is one of the central drivers keeping you at your current level of income. Your self image works like a thermostat. It keeps your performance level within a certain range that is comfortable to you. Raise the self image, and you raise the range of what you're capable of. This seminar includes a one-of-a-kind module on how to create the self image of a sales champion.
The New Identity Swish™ We'll be using a technique I invented called The New Identity Swish™, from my advanced NLP trainings. It's a way to create a new designer self image and identity, make certain that this new self image is ecological*, and then give it a stable configuration in consciousness so it moves through time. *Ecological in this sense means that it integrates with your values and personality and does not create any unnecessary problems in any other area of your life.

Bluegreen is a publicly traded corporation with annual sales of over 200 million dollars. Several of their top sales people are nothing short of a world class sales elite. Several of their sales people now earn over 1 million dollars in personal income. During the project, Alexander also modeled Mortgage Originator Magazine's top sales producers; those producing over 100 million dollars a year in gross loan volume. The Quantum Leap Sales Trainings all contain the actual patterns Alexander behaviorally modeled from world class sales people, along with numerous techniques from his original NLP trainings that have proven so effective for sales people for over a decade.
