Overview

Project Management Training This is a hands on training in the essentials of project management.

Project management software is not required.

You'll actually be DOING project management all day. Enjoy experimenting with and applying new project management methods directly to one of your current projects.

This one day seminar is constructed of four 90-minute modules.

In module 1, you'll learn the fundamentals of effective project management, from how to set them up so they succeed to making sure they're completed on time. You'll discover what the best project managers do and how they think.
In module 2, you'll learn how to truly stay on top of your projects. You'll learn how to identify the critical path, and eliminate project creep and more.

In module 3 you'll learn how to take your projects to the max. This means making projects exceed expectations, getting more and better resources, increasing team and vendor work flow and cooperation and more.

And finally, in module 4, you'll learn how to manage multiple projects at the same time.

The Work Book

This training includes a complete set of hand outs we call The Project Management Work Book. It's packed with numerous pages of charts, forms, methods and templates you can use to help manage, control and complete all your projects.
